Essential Functions:

  • All Receiving Administration duties including but not limited to:
    • Appointment Setting
    • Receipt Scrubbing
    • Emerson Recorder Tracking
    • Load arrival performance tracking
    • Quality Inspection Program (QIP) including receiving, temp recording, equipment in/out processes 
  • Record and maintain daily & weekly sanitation logs including pest control and chemical stations
  • Record and maintain weekly supply inventories within the warehouse and office
  • Record and maintain pallet and cardboard recycling station
  • Support both Inbound & Outbound Operations as needed
  • Communicate service issues to Operations as needed
  • Participate in Safety investigations; review and reporting with root-cause analysis

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 2 years of recent and successful experience performing the above functions in a significant produce distribution operation with at least 1 year in supervisory or lead role
  • Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office and common E-Mail systems
  • Valid identification or driver’s license (if appropriate)

Physical Demands:

  • Work in cold and wet cooler conditions for short periods of time
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time

Compensation:

  • $21.00/hour

Schedule:

  • 10:00pm – until work is completed
  • 5 days/week with working either a Saturday or Sunday
  • Mandatory Holiday shifts
