Part Time - Customer Service Representative

Essential Functions:

  • Answer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquires
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter customer information
  • Process orders and forms
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Follow up on customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs
  • Take orders by obtaining and verifying information
  • Sell additional products by recognizing opportunities to upsell accounts; explaining latest items or featured product

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 3 years successful related sales experience with an understanding and knowledge of produce food service or retail related products (as assigned)
  • Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office and common E-Mail systems

Physical Demands:

  • Work in cold and wet cooler conditions for short periods of time
  • Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time

Compensation:

  • $16.00 - $17.00/hour

Schedule:

  • 8:00am – 3:00pm (Tuesday and Thursday and either on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday)
  • 9:00am – 12:00pm (Saturday) *This will be remote*
